The contract must include the following information:

The name and address of employer and employee.
The address of where the work carried out.
Title or job category of the employee.
The starting time of the employment.
If there is a time limitation in the contract this must to be included.
The rights of holiday payment.
The duration or agreement of termination.
The wage including overtime payment, pensions, holiday payment.
Period of the pay.
Working hours.
Reference to the collective agreement that regulates the employment
