Working hours
Working hours in Denmark are 37 hours a week and 7.4 hours per day.
There is an inbuilt flexibility on work hours in the collective agreements in agriculture. This means that the weekly workhours can be longer in e.g. harvestry.
Breaks
After 4 hours of work, you have 15 minutes break. Breaks are not included in work hours in agriculture and horticulture.
Minimum wage in Denmark?
There is there is no minimum wage in Denmark. Your pay is governed by a collective agreement negotiated by the trade union (3F) and the employer’s association. If your workplace is not covered by a collective agreement, you must negotiate your pay yourself.
