Polish Cuisine
The Polish cuisine is very various and the Eastern cuisine influence is visible, such as Tatars, Russian and Jewish. There are a few dishes said to be traditional:
Bigos,which is the mixture of sauerkraut, meat and mushrooms, dumplings, lamb, roasted Duck with apples and cranberries.
The popular drink in Poland is tea, often drunk with lemon and sugar. Poles drink a lot of coffee as well.
Religion
Poland is a country with religious freedom. There are churches of all main religions. The major religion in Poland is Roman-Catholic. In some churches they have services in foreign languages.
Language
The national language of Poland is Polish, but there are also a few dialects in different parts of the country. Language courses are organized by private language schools and universities.
