In Poland, the employer is not obliged to provide accommodation for you. However, if accommodation is provided, the accommodation should be included in the employment contract.

The Employer is not obliged to provide accommodation to employed employees, but if he wants to do so, it should be included in the employment contract.
You must remember that such accommodation costs borne by the employer constitute income - for an employee when their cost exceeds PLN 500 per month.
Attention! This only applies to you if you do not live in the place of employment and are employed on the basis of a contract of employment.

1) diet;
2) reimbursement of costs:
a) travel,
b) commuting by local means of communication,
c) accommodation,
d) other necessary documented expenses,
The diet during the domestic voyage is intended to cover increased food costs and amounts to PLN 30 per day of travel.
The payment for the diet is calculated for the time from the beginning of the national trip (departure) to return (arrival) after completing the official task as follows:
1) if the journey lasts no longer than 24 hours and estimates:
a) less than 8 hours - the diet is not included
b) from 8 to 12 hours - 50% of the diet is entitled,
c) more than 12 hours - full diet allowance;
2) if the journey lasts longer than 24 hours, for each day the diet is full, and for an incomplete but started day:
a) up to 8 hours - 50% of the diet is entitled,
b) more than 8 hours - you are entitled to a full diet.
The diet is not entitled:
1) for the time of posting to the place of permanent or temporary residence of the employee
2) if the employee is provided with free full alimentation.
